I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. There was a good selection of vegan and non-vegan choices for dinner. the spa had a nice ambience and felt very clean. i thought the pool was a great size. the staff seemed friendly .
I found the room decor to be a bit shabby, and the carpets seemed worn. the hand soaps and shampoo provided felt very basic. i noticed that the room didn't have air conditioning. I needed to open the window. the mattress was like a cheap spring mattress. this impacted my sleep.

The spa day was a highlight. The massage consultant was professional and friendly. The roast striploin of beef included with the meal was tender. The staff demonstrated amazing service, a detail I appreciated.
I noticed some areas could use refreshing. I observed that the carpets looked a bit worn, which detracted slightly from the otherwise elegant ambiance.

My room offered a lovely spa access. The gym has modern equipment and several workout options. Breakfast was good, it offered many choices to start the day..
The lounge area chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The suite lacked a fridge, it was not convenient. I found the cleanliness questionable. There were dirty socks in the bedroom.
